The Birthday Party Extravaganza

Klas turned 50 May 6th and celebrated with friends and family on and off the stage at Swedens main jazz club, Fasching in Stockholm. The idea was to celebrate 50 years of life and 40 years of music.

The place was packed and music was performed by Klas together with his quartet and nonet with guest appearances by American singer and pianist Champian Fulton, Swedish trombonist and pianist Ulf Johansson Werre along with other friends of Klas like tenor saxophonist Robert Nordmark and trombone player and jazz ambassador Jens “Jesse” Lindgren.

The evening turned into a memorable evening for Klas, his family and friends as well as the audience.
